Als Senior lead engineer speel je een belangrijke rol in de uitvoering van onze engineering projecten en begeleidt het engineeringproces van concept tot oplevering. Je begeleidt en coacht teams van project engineers, FEM engineers en in de toekomst lead engineers in opleiding. Je fungeert als technische kennisdrager in projecten. Je draagt bij aan innovatieve offshore-oplossingen en werkt nauw samen met zowel interne als externe stakeholders.
